Return Process

  Log in to your Ndure account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included for verification.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you to collect the parcel from your doorstep at no additional cost for valid exchange claims.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
